Abstract
The relationship between the Common frame of reference, launched by the Commission in the Communication on A more Coherent European Contract Law «towards the improvement of the contract law acquis», and the acquis itself, appears for the moment not very clear. This study tries to show that it is theoretically conceivable and practically attainable. What appears to be uncertain is the true attitude of the Commission about the necessary combination of these two souls of the European contract law.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
