The article deals with the decision of the Florence Tribunal of 20 September 2021, made in the well known case GKN. The author examines also the recent legislative provisions on the employee rights to information and consultation in case of closure of plants, contained in the budget law for 2022.
Si tratta del commento alla sentenza del tribunale di Firenze del 20 settembre 2021, resa nel noto caso GKN: l'autore ne approfitta anche per esaminare la recente disciplina dei diritti di informazione e consultazione nel caso di chiusura di stablimenti, introdotta dalla legge di bilancio per il 2022.
