I longobardi in Lombardia

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Unesco serial site “The Longobards in Italy. The places of power (568-774 AD) ", the miscellaneous work highlights the migratory phenomenon of the Lombards in Italy, their affirmation in Lombardy, the archaeological sources and the persistence of their memory in the following centuries, with the presentation of the museums in Lombardy where material sources from archaeological excavations, funerary objects, epigraphic and artistic remains are exhibited.

In occasione del decennale del sito seriale Unesco “I longobardi in Italia. I luoghi del potere (568-774 d.C.)”, il lavoro miscellaneo mette in luce il fenomeno migratorio dei longobardi in Italia, la loro affermazione in Lombardia, le fonti archeologiche e la persistenza della loro memoria nei secoli successivi, con la presentazione delle sedi museali lombarde in cui sono esposte le fonti materiali provenienti da scavi archeologici, i corredi funerari, i resti epigrafici e artistici.
