Starting from the outputs of the recent neuroscientific research, the essay highlights some new aspects concerning the relation between law and neurosciences. In spite of some analogies, the approach elaborated by the legal sphere still remains irreducible to the neuroscientific analysis at the epistemological as well as methodological level.
