Una complessa ordinanza istruttoria della Consulta in tema di misure di sicurezza

The preliminary order no. 131 of 24 June 2021 in question is noted for the quantity and variety of information requested by the Constitutional Court, considered indispensable for reaching a decision on the issues promoted with the referral order. The work aims to investigate the limits of the investigative powers of the Council, also in light of the recent amendments to the supplementary regulations.

L'ordinanza istruttoria n. 131 del 24 giugno 2021 in esame si segnala per quantità e varietà di informazioni richieste dalla Corte costituzionale, ritenute indispensabili per giungere ad una decisione sulle questioni promosse con l'ordinanza di rimessione. Il lavoro si propone di indagare i limiti dei poteri istruttori della Consulta, anche alla luce delle recenti modifiche delle Norme integrative.
