Le Camere di Commercio e la parabola dell’autonomia funzionale

The legal order of the Chambers of Commerce has been profoundly modified by the so-called law Madia (law no. 124 del 2015) and its decrees. The reform attempts to achieve a cost reduction and a better system efficiency by a mandatory merging of the Chambers of Commerce. The aim of the article is to start a reflection about Madia's reform, its effects on the legal system and the functional autonomy of the Chambers of Commerce.

L’ordinamento camerale è stato profondamente modificato dalla c.d. legge Madia (legge n. 124 del 2015) e dai suoi decreti attuativi che hanno disposto un accorpamento obbligatorio delle Camere di Commercio al fine di pervenire ad una riduzione dei costi e di assicurare una maggiore efficienza del sistema. La finalità del contributo è quella di avviare una riflessione sull’impatto della riforma Madia e sugli effetti che questa sta producendo sull’ordinamento e sull’autonomia funzionale delle Camere di Commercio.
