The innovation camp described in this chapter is addressed to third-year nursing students at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). It aims to introduce students to the need for innovation in healthcare and to enable future nurses to identify tasks that require innovation in their everyday work. This is done by providing students with real-life challenges from external stakeholders. The camp, which is a mandatory part of the bachelor’s degree in nursing, is a three-day, action-based course run at the very beginning of the first semester.
