This paper presents a research centres on the development of an Intercultural Competence reference for corporate Diversity Management. The qualitative research involved 34 managers in three companies in northern Italy. The aim was to identify the key elements of the Intercultural Competence structure and understand how it can be used in business environments to help managers effectively handle diversity in the workplace.
Il contributo espone una ricerca sull’elaborazione di un costrutto di Competenza Interculturale di riferimento per il Diversity Management aziendale. La ricerca qualitativa ha coinvolto 34 manager di 3 aziende del nord Italia per identificare gli elementi chiave del modello di Competenza Interculturale e comprendere come tale modello possa essere utilizzato nei contesti aziendali per supportare i manager nella gestione efficace della diversità nei luoghi di lavoro.
