Abstract of the review. The volume addresses the "migration question" as a fundamental issue of the contemporary philosophical-legal debate. It focuses on several connected issues: The horizon of globalization, the social perception of the migration flows, the perspective of the "global justice" and, finally, the political-legal options. The epochal nature of the migration question entails the rethinking of the modern conceptual-legal grammar (State, law, borders), especially in order to create the conditions for the achievement of "global justice".
