The essay compares three reports dedicated to India by Moravia, Pasolini and Manganelli. Three different Indies, which reach the reader through a language full of the different life experiences of the authors who also settle on the construction of the text which does not always follow the itinerary actually traveled, since they are written in the newspapers only on return and on the basis of diary notes. For each report, the original titles appeared in the newspapers and were compared with those that appeared in volume. This was particularly relevant for Manganelli’s paper for which complete titles, dates and pages of publication on “The World” are given for the first time.

Abstract
The essay compares three reports dedicated to India by Moravia, Pasolini and Manganelli. Three different Indies, which reach the reader through a language full of the different life experiences of the authors who also settle on the construction of the text which does not always follow the itinerary actually traveled, since they are written in the newspapers only on return and on the basis of diary notes. For each report, the original titles appeared in the newspapers and were compared with those that appeared in volume. This was particularly relevant for Manganelli’s paper for which complete titles, dates and pages of publication on “The World” are given for the first time.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
