The chapter focuses on what is available in the literature in terms of clinical and psychosocial research tools similar to what we were planning, namely interviews constructed to investigate relational constructs and family, or explicitly related to the theme of generativity. This along with several objectives. In the first place to check that she already was a tool that could meet our needs, and secondly to identify, through analysis of existing instruments used in empirical research, the aspects of greatest effectiveness. but also the most critical, from a technical and operational. Our attention is so concentrated mainly on the formal aspects and methodology, that is to say on the consideration of interviews that were identified by a systematic nature, both as regards the production of information, both as regards the consequent process of their analysis and evaluation . And, with some surprise, we found that the examples are limited to interviews that somehow meet these characteristics, taking into account the themes and content constructs that are not immediately riconducili family, or relational.
