Emergenza Covid-19 e divieto di aiuti di Stato in ambito europeo.

The emergency caused by COVID-19 has required the adoption of urgent measures to contain the effects produced on businesses, workers and families by the crisis caused by the prolonged lockdown. In the face of the regulatory proactivity of States, specific broad-spectrum lines of action have been outlined on an international and European level in favor of businesses. At this juncture, the Commission has issued timely communications that have converged today into a consolidated document, which expresses the will of the Union to establish a temporary framework of extreme breadth and flexibility.

L’emergenza determinata dal COVID-19 sul piano economico ha richiesto l’adozione di provvedimenti urgenti per contenere gli effetti prodotti su imprese, lavoratori e famiglie dalla crisi causata dal prolungato lockdown. A fronte della proattività normativa dei singoli Stati, sul piano internazionale ed europeo si sono delineate specifiche linee di intervento ad ampio spettro in favore delle imprese. La Commissione ha emanato, in questo frangente, tempestive comunicazioni confluite oggi in un documento consolidato, nel quale si esprime la volontà dell’Unione di istituire un quadro, pur temporaneo, di estrema ampiezza e flessibilità.
