Welfare responsabile e sviluppo di comunità

In view of the economic and ethical crisis experienced by the welfare of our country, it’s necessary to find answers to social problems by promoting a logic of responsible welfare which, recognizing the centrality of the person, supports the community in taking over of needs and frailties. In this regard, the Community Development Approach is configured as a social work strategy suitable for intervening on vulnerabilities by acting with all social actors (individual and collective, public and private), in terms of cooperation, participation and empowerment.

A fronte dell'attuale crisi che colpisce il sistema di welfare italiano, la proposta di Welfare Responsabile appare una risposta che, ponendo al centro la persona, sostiene le comunità ad affrontare i problemi delle persone e delle famiglie. L'approccio dello sviluppo di comunità appare coerente con il Welfare Responsabile, in quanto prevede l'azione condivisa tra attori diversi, pubblici e privati, individuali e collettivi, in una prospettiva di partecipazione e empowerment.
