Vocal-STREAM is a multilayer system which provides a model for the analysis of vocal acts, attempting at the same time to take into account the complexity of speech signals in conversational flow and to consider different conversational contexts, according to fixed criteria and embodied focuses of attention. Architecture of vocal act, Attuning strategy of interaction, and Embodiment are the three criteria on which the model in based (see figure 1). The present contribution is aimed at presenting Vocal STREAM Model and its features, applying it to the analysis of two different vocal interactions: self- disclosure aimed interviews and gossip interactions of the programme “the Big Brother”
