In this chapter we illustrate two different ways to make listening to children who are part of our clinical practice and in recent years have also been the subject of our research. Both relate to children who are experiencing difficult family reorganization following the separation of parents, but they refer to two different procedural and operational contexts. The first hearing in the Technical Consultancy Office (CTU) because it relates to a hearing which has a clear and precise value of the case and develops according to the rules and the proper purpose and clearly defined and normed court litigation proceedings. The second, the group Word (GdP), concerns an operation carried out of court a free initiative from both parents and is more clearly characterized as a place of help and support specifically aimed at children. The conceptual orientation and the manner in which both these modes of listening are designed and made by us, however, are common, both in relation to the theoretical frame of reference, both for the character that distinguishes explicitly clinical.
