Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common gynecological cancer in high-income countries [1]. For EC patients of childbearing age who have not started or completed their reproductive plans, fertility-sparing treatments may be considered. In 2005 and 2010, we reported the first case [2] and case series [3] of young nulliparous women affected by early, well-differentiated EC with positive progestin receptor and strong desire of childbearing.

Abstract
Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common gynecological cancer in high-income countries [1]. For EC patients of childbearing age who have not started or completed their reproductive plans, fertility-sparing treatments may be considered. In 2005 and 2010, we reported the first case [2] and case series [3] of young nulliparous women affected by early, well-differentiated EC with positive progestin receptor and strong desire of childbearing.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
