The purpose of this paper is to provide reflections and guidelines for assessing the quality of the training in psychotherapy schools. These guidelines and reflections may also be useful to train new trainers. We recive frequent requests by collegues who want to became trainer. They are interested in knowing the strategies of our field work. The objective of the article is also to give a trace for the comparison between systemic approaches to training. The author raises three questions: how are trainers prepared for their role? Which attitudes are important for training psychotherapy? Which aspects differentiate systemic training from other trainings?
Scopo del presente lavoro è quello di offrire riflessioni e linee guida utili a verificare la qualità dell’offerta formativa nelle scuole di psicoterapia e a preparare nuovi didatti. Le riflessioni sono motivate dalle richieste sempre più frequenti da parte di giovani allievi didatti, interessati a sistematizzare ed esplicitare l’insieme delle strategie operative che reggono il nostro lavoro sul campo. Costituiscono, inoltre, una traccia per facilitare il confronto tra didatti di approccio sistemico, sulle modalità più opportune di realizzare la pratica formativa. In particolare, l’articolo pone domande sul modo in cui sono preparati i didatti a svolgere il loro ruolo; sugli specifici accorgimenti necessari per realizzare una didattica efficace finalizzata al ruolo psicoterapeutico e sulle caratteristiche eventuali che differenziano una didattica di approccio sistemico da altri stili formativi.
