Prefazione

In the preface to the volume "Labour in the international Charter" the editor presents the series of conferences whose reports have been collected in the volume, and the contributions of the authors published in the book, while offering his interpretation to the reader. Confronted with the growing difficulties of the European Union in protecting social rights, the stakeholders in the member States try more and more often to find new ways to defend employees' interests through international labour law instruments.

Nella prefazione al volume "Il lavoro nelle Carte internazionali" il curatore presenta il ciclo di convegni del quale il libro costituisce la pubblicazione degli atti e i contributi degli autori, offrendo una propria chiave di lettura. A fronte delle crescenti difficoltà dell'Unione europea a proteggere i diritti sociali, gli operatori giuridici degli Stati membri si rivolgono sempre più agli strumenti del diritto internazionale del lavoro per trovare nuove tutele.
