From the Late Antiquity to the Middle Ages, the texts and music of the Hispanic liturgy were written by scholars active also in Latin linguistics, such as Isidorus. Some well known features of Hispanic liturgies, e.g. the repetition of the same text, are studied in their cultural environment. A new explanation is proposed about the Provençal/Italian poetic form called "sonnet".

Abstract
From the Late Antiquity to the Middle Ages, the texts and music of the Hispanic liturgy were written by scholars active also in Latin linguistics, such as Isidorus. Some well known features of Hispanic liturgies, e.g. the repetition of the same text, are studied in their cultural environment. A new explanation is proposed about the Provençal/Italian poetic form called "sonnet".I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
