The Burney collection in the British Library include a great number of Italian humanistic manuscripts, among them volumes of classical authors of Lombard provenance. Two codices, which can be connected with Pier Candido Decembrio, are here discussed: a Livy, copied in Milan in 1440, and a medieval copy of Horace with added 15th-century leaves, which contain a hitherto unknown work of Decembrio, a Vita Horatii.

Abstract
The Burney collection in the British Library include a great number of Italian humanistic manuscripts, among them volumes of classical authors of Lombard provenance. Two codices, which can be connected with Pier Candido Decembrio, are here discussed: a Livy, copied in Milan in 1440, and a medieval copy of Horace with added 15th-century leaves, which contain a hitherto unknown work of Decembrio, a Vita Horatii.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
