Famiglia e matrimonio di fronte al Sinodo. Il punto di vista dei giuristi

Accepting the invitation of Pope Francis to consider the year between the two Synods on the family (the extraordinary one in 2014 and in 2015 the ordinary) a time of maturation of ideas, JUS (historical journal of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Sacred Heart) inaugurated the new set of JUS online with an International Focus on Family and marriage in front of the Synod: the point of view of jurists. To the authors, Italian and foreign, from the most representative of the various disciplines and countries, has been asked to have reference to the Relatio Synodi of 18 October 2014. Important profiles are treated: marriage, fertility, adoption, violence within the family, the best interest of the child and parenting, human rights. The print edition of Focus is dedicated and donated to the Synod Fathers.
