Postmodern contexts are characterized by a new circle 'security-market-State'. Unlike what happens in the modern horizon, the conceptual grammar of security should not be understood anymore starting from a vertical (or statual) scheme but in the light of reticular (or horizontal) models. Beyond the consequences directly concerning law and market economy, these processes involve relevant anthropological modifications and, more widely, a deep rethinking of modern liberalism.
