Adherence is a critical point in living donor kidney transplantation, deserving a strong therapeutic partnership, due to its impact on clinical outcome. Purpose of this contribution is to focus on the complexity of a communication aimed to enhance adherence in the context of chronic kidney disease, while describing the evolution of the informative modalities for the potential kidney donors and recipients at the Niguarda Ca’ Granda Hospital - Milan, based on efficacy assessment of the different communication strategies adopted. After a synthetic description of these procedures, we report a preliminary evaluation of a recently introduced multidisciplinary informative modality that is the Informative Group on Living Donor Program. The analysis of the sessions recorded until now allows a better understanding of the emotional-affective dynamics and the relational implications that may influence the elaboration of the information given by the health care providers

Abstract
The analysis of the sessions recorded until now allows a better understanding of the emotional-affective dynamics and the relational implications that may influence the elaboration of the information given by the health care providersI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
