By way of a large representative sample of young graduates in all italian Faculties (6000 people), the book is focused on educational and training paths of graduated people during their studies and on their attempt to access into high skilled jobs. The relations among these two stratetegies are also analysed showing a diffuse, positive commitment of young italian graduated toward job flexibility and mobility. The main empirical evidences show that high educated young people are mainly proactive instead of choosy as some stereotypes suggest.
