The contribution deals with the main features of the Swedish model of labour market organisation: in particular, the author points out that active and passive labour market policies as well as employment relationship regulation aim to hold high level of employment. Thanks to this policies, the country was very successful in coping with the challenges of the crisis.
Il contributo riassume i tratti più salienti del modello svedese di gestione del mercato del lavoro, rilevando in particolare come le politiche attive e passive e la stessa regolazione del rapporto siano armonicamente indirizzate a favorire la massima occupazione. Il successo di queste politiche ha consentito al Paese di reggere con successo all'impatto della crisi.
