Under the current socio-economic the volume flow rate supports the cultural and scientific competence, which occurs in disciplinary worlds and different professional contexts and explores the inevitable conceptual polysemy.The first part of the study concentrates on the analysis of some anthropological foundations of competence; the second outlines the pedagogical reasons design of competence and implications in the symbolic world of working practices with reference to the school.The competence, strategic element in different situations of life and work, needs,to express themselves in a complete way, the motivation and an ethical-educational.
