The paper analyzes the need for educational support that appears to be present in today's youth, considering the youth as "auspicious age for education." A second issue addressed is the relationship between work and human life, which is currently skewed in favor of the first term. Under the pedagogical aspect is indispensable to propose a regulative idea: that of integrated training system. With the aim of contributing to grasp the pedagogical dimension of the work, then the link between human growth and engagement work, the paper presents a reflection on three main areas: family, Vocational Training Centres (VTCs), work.
