The paper aims to analyze the legal framework for the protection of religious freedom of the faithful in terms of compliance with religious dietary laws. In particular, the paper examines the measures taken by municipalities in areas such as school canteens, hospitals and work-places, respond to religious dietary needs of those who use these services.
