The current organization of the labor market conditions in a strong way the birth and evolution of family. The two contexts (Work and family) follow different logics, the composition of which is very complex. The contribution track new possibilities for reconciling family and work. In particular, the proposal is to consider the worker not only in connection with his skills but also in relation to his plan of life and, therefore, to the relational dimension of its existence.
