The family policy, to be valid, cannot be separated from a pedagogical and educational qualification. The family must be protected, as the primary site of human relationships and the primary source of personal and community well-being. The elements considered necessary for the development of a family policy are basically three: enhancement of the family as the primary place of education; involvement of families in the process of implementation of family policies; correlation between family policy and the local community.
