In recent years, a number of scholars from different disciplines have reconsidered the importance of the educational function of the father for the growth of the child. The relationship child-father, like the one with the mother, goes beyond the identification process and affects the entire personality of the subject in childhood: social adjustment and cognitive and moral development. In this sense, the contribution focuses on the learning of parental educational functions, both of mother and father.

Abstract
In recent years, a number of scholars from different disciplines have reconsidered the importance of the educational function of the father for the growth of the child. The relationship child-father, like the one with the mother, goes beyond the identification process and affects the entire personality of the subject in childhood: social adjustment and cognitive and moral development. In this sense, the contribution focuses on the learning of parental educational functions, both of mother and father.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
