Starting from the analysis of social reports, from interviews made during the research, and documents collected during the meetings with the HR managers of various banks, the chapter presents a set of best practices aimed at promoting reconciliation between family and professional life, enhancement of women's presence on the company and in general of gender difference.
A partire dall’analisi dei bilanci sociali, delle interviste realizzate nel corso della ricerca e dei documenti raccolti durante gli incontri con i responsabili HR dei vari istituti di credito, il capitolo illustra una serie di buone pratiche finalizzate a promuovere percorsi di conciliazione casa-lavoro, valorizzazione della presenza femminile in azienda e in generale della differenza di genere.
