Il saggio evidenzia gli squilibri che ancora caratterizzano il rapporto tra donne e occupazione, individuando alcune strategie particolarmente efficaci per migliorare il dialogo e la collaborazione tra i sessi in ambito professionale e riportando le raccomandazioni della Comunità europea per promuovere la presenza femminile ai vertici delle società.
