The theme of beauty has some relevance even in the domain of law. Single rules as well as the full legal order may be deemed somewhat "beautiful" whenever they comply with good standards of systematic coherence and correct wording. As a whole these features contribute to the perception of security among citizens, thus also reducing the search of scapegoats and the demand of harsh "law and order" policies.
