The essay is dedicated to the presentation of the main themes of the painting of the painter Mario de Maria (1852-1924) on the occasion of the exhibition dedicated to him at Bologna and edited by the same author of the essay. The exhibition and the respective catalog where there are also cards of scientific works, re-evaluates an important and little-known protagonist of the Italian symbolist painting.
Il saggio è dedicato alla presentazione dei principali temi della pittura di pittore Mario de Maria (1852-1924) in occasione della mostra a lui dedicata a Bologna e curata della stessa autrice del saggio. La mostra e il rispettivo catalogo in cui sono presenti anche le schede scientifiche, redatte dall'autrice, delle opere esposte, rivaluta un importante e poco conosciuto protagonista della pittura simbolista italiana.
