Abstract

The text presents a scientific approach , theoretical and practical, to the definition of Physical Fitness and guidelines for proper programming of physical activity and its teaching The huge amount of publications about exercise and its relationship with health issues , leading to this publication. In this context, we look for the practical translation of theoretical concepts related to physical exercise, which is essential to meet the needs of the population and , footprint, the State , with a view to the prevention of non-communicable diseases . It focuses on the framework that should lead to individual programming exercise. That this is proposed and performed outdoors or indoors in environments suitably profiled , using forms of movement reminiscent of the sports and other more mechanistic and ends in themselves (see machinery for muscle strength training , simulators aerobic for aerobic conditioning and tools for gymnastics ) , the basic layout remains the individual proposal . The strength of those involved to understand, practice and teach fitness , also ranks in explaining that not all activities are within the reach of every person metabolic and mechanical . They must be taught the importance of exercise and explain that customized to the intrinsic characteristics of each, there are those who can dedicate themselves to Functional Fitness and who will remain tied to movements more mechanistic , and essentially boring. But to understand it , the Fitness, with the preventative health that characterizes it , you need to study it, understand it, live it. Because the transmission of theoretical concepts can take root and become a lifestyle, it is necessary to propose activities that are in line with the personality and physical abilities of a real person . Otherwise, an active lifestyle and healthy, has no chance to take root, grow and develop. This publication is directed to a broad target group of people to whom the matter may be of interest : it is clear that the fitness instructor is the one who can most benefit them for the conduct of their professional activities , given that the arguments are not limited to exhibit arid concepts in their content , but run through a route that touches all expressions of physical and tests regarding the same.
