The paper studies the integration in a elementary school with a high presence of immigrants pupils in Milan. Through the analysis of qualitative interviews to teachers and parents, of the statistical data and formal documentation given by the school, the case history describes the activities, the integration policies of the school and the relationship-wise styles acted. Then the study focuses on the integration lived as a part of the normal daily life.
