The Isfol model for the evaluation of training systems quality is presented and discussed. Some methodological questions are firstly introduced followed by the presentation of dimensions and indicators included in the model. Then, an operational guide for assigning scores to each indicator is described, then some context indicators are added to help the evidences interpretation. The required implementation activities close the volume.
