An ex-post evaluation results and implementation process are presented iand discussed. A panel of employed initial vocational training courses recipients has been surveyed to understand the working use and adequacy of their training skills. The analysis has been conducted, by a mehodological point of view, through case studies in which both employees and employers have been interviewed with the support of similar check-lists focused on working use of training skills. The main results and some indications for the improvement of the analysis were finally drawn.
