Robotic-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) is a standard option for the treatment of bladder cancer. Currently, novel platforms are entering the market, and the Hugo RAS (Medtronic, Minneapolis, MN, USA) is one of these cutting-edge technologies. The system is provided with an open console with 3D-HD screen and a multi-modular fashion. The chapter highlights the state of the art of RARC performed with the system, unveiling technical tricks for either ostomy or neobladder ileal reconstruction. © 2026 Elsevier Inc. Abstract
