The essay starts from the observation of the people’s presence and role in health care organizations. These people, analyzed from different points of view (psychological, sociological, ethical, economical), should be appreciated and integrated in an ‘inclusive model’ able to welcome and understand them according to their differences. Because of the complexity of health care organizations, a model of multi-stakeholder type seems to be the most suitable to understand and manage their differences. The critical analysis points out negative and positive aspects. According to these statements, it is assumed to reconsider the role of training and trainers.

Abstract
The essay starts from the observation of the people’s presence and role in health care organizations. These people, analyzed from different points of view (psychological, sociological, ethical, economical), should be appreciated and integrated in an ‘inclusive model’ able to welcome and understand them according to their differences. Because of the complexity of health care organizations, a model of multi-stakeholder type seems to be the most suitable to understand and manage their differences. The critical analysis points out negative and positive aspects. According to these statements, it is assumed to reconsider the role of training and trainers.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
