This chapter examines the use of the FamILens checklist as a sociological tool for assessing family impact in organizational contexts. Drawing on a participatory co-design methodology, the study explores how a family-focused perspective can be integrated into corporate welfare practices to promote relational sustainability and organizational well-being. The chapter presents the theoretical framework, research methodology, and findings from a Family Impact Analysis conducted in a sample of companies, discussing the shift from prestational welfare to reflexive welfare and the implications for organizational practices.
