This chapter aims to explore how generative AI technologies contribute to the con- struction of entrepreneurial narratives and how these narratives, in turn, shape managerial imagination and economic transformation. Drawing on interdisciplinary approaches from management studies, communication, and digital ethnography, the chapter investigates the convergence of algorithmic generation and narrative design as a locus of entrepreneurial agency. The chapter argues that generative AI is not only a tool for automating content, but increasingly a co-author of strategic imaginaries, guiding how entrepreneurs envision futures, frame value, and articulate purpose. Through narrative analysis of AI-driven ventures, digital ethnography of entrepreneurial discourse on LinkedIn, and direct experimentation with generative models (e.g., ChatGPT), this chapter offers both a conceptual lens and empirical insight into the symbolic power of AI in contemporary enterprise. It shows how algo- rithmically-mediated storytelling becomes a driver of legitimacy, cultural alignment, and strategic orientation in the age of rapid technological change. Ultimately, the chapter proposes a framework for understanding entrepreneurial transformation not merely as organizational change, but as a co-constructed narrative process involving humans and machines alike.

Abstract
Ultimately, the chapter proposes a framework for understanding entrepreneurial transformation not merely as organizational change, but as a co-constructed narrative process involving humans and machines alike.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
