The paper reports the results of a research conducted by Ce.S.Pe.F. with parents of children that frequent the nurseries of Brescia. Through a questionnaire and some focus groups the issue of reconciliation between work and family time has been analyzed, emphasizing issues such as the changes in parental roles and the development of new networks of social solidarity .
