The reflection deals with the evaluation of educational processes aimed at getting competences useful to solve difficult and dangerous situations, according to the legislative decree no. 81/2008. Besides, the reflection explores limits and opportunities resulting from the presence of volunteers and the particular context of voluntary organizations. The analysis of these two aspects leads to hypothesize a qualified assessment with the following features: monitoring, formative self-evaluation, multi-stakeholder; the assessment should be suitable for any voluntary organizations. Consequently the best solution seems to be an assessment sysTem (and not only an assessment instrument) both rigorous and suited to the voluntary sector.

Abstract
The reflection deals with the evaluation of educational processes aimed at getting competences useful to solve difficult and dangerous situations, according to the legislative decree no. 81/2008. Besides, the reflection explores limits and opportunities resulting from the presence of volunteers and the particular context of voluntary organizations. The analysis of these two aspects leads to hypothesize a qualified assessment with the following features: monitoring, formative self-evaluation, multi-stakeholder; the assessment should be suitable for any voluntary organizations. Consequently the best solution seems to be an assessment sysTem (and not only an assessment instrument) both rigorous and suited to the voluntary sector.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
