This thesis surveys and studies Renaissance carved altarpieces (1475-1550) in the Terziere Inferiore of Valtellina. Fragmentary or completely lost works are also taken into consideration, thanks to documentary sources and especially through the acts of pastoral visits.
Questa tesi censisce e studia le ancone lignee rinascimentali (1475-1550) nel Terziere Inferiore della Valtellina. Sono prese in considerazione anche opere frammentarie o completamente perdute, grazie alle fonti documentarie e specialmente tramite gli atti delle visite pastorali.
