The enterprise of intercultural transition takes place in a scenario dominated by a profound environmental, social, economic, and value crisis, accelerated by the strong pressures of the globalized economy, climate change, and the resulting global migratory movements. In light of these changes and a significant new cultural amalgamation, there is a clear need for an unprecedented intercultural approach to tackle global challenges, promoting cultural proximity through adequate training. The enterprise, at the center of human life, is in constant exchange with the community, where transformative interaction dynamics develop. From a perspective of social sustainability, it must cultivate a new inclusive and welcoming organizational culture, fostering relationships of trust and cooperation. Cultural proximity thus becomes crucial for improving communication and overcoming conflicts, creating an environment where differences are valued, embraced, and integrated. Finally, there is a need for strategies that recognize and manage diversity to develop a sustainable entrepreneurial model and enhance the quality of life.
L’impresa della transizione interculturale si colloca in uno scenario dominato da una profonda crisi ambientale, sociale, economica e valoriale accelerato dalle forti spinte dell’economia globalizzata, dai cambiamenti climatici e dai conseguenti movimenti migratori planetari. A fronte di tali cambiamenti e di un’impattante nuova ed inedita amalgama culturale, si evidenzia la necessità di un approccio interculturale inedito per affrontare le sfide globali, promuovendo la prossimità culturale attraverso una formazione adeguata. L’impresa, al centro della vita dell’umano, in costante scambio con la comunità nella quale si sviluppano dinamiche di interazione trasformative, in un’ottica di sostenibilità sociale, deve sviluppare una nuova cultura organizzativa inclusiva e accogliente, promuovendo relazioni di fiducia e cooperazione. La prossimità culturale diventa quindi cruciale per migliorare la comunicazione e superare conflitti, favorendo un ambiente in cui le differenze siano valorizzate, accolte e integrate. Infine, si evidenzia la necessità di strategie che riconoscano e gestiscano la diversità per sviluppare un modello imprenditoriale sostenibile e migliorare la qualità della vita.
