The network of parenting support is increasingly viewed, at European level, one of the most effective ways to help reconcile work and family life. The paper presents the results of a survey conducted with a sample of parents with children attending the nursery, in order to take care of the choices made for their children. The theme of the support network for the family is faced on three levels of analysis: the representations of child care, the activation of the network of family support, and the support offered by the network of early childhood services
