Project designers and pedagogical coordinators are professional figures increasingly requested in socio-educational enterprises, as well as in for-profit organizations. This book reflects on the overall competencies needed to take on such roles, from designing to coordination. These combinations, never static, are just like designing and coordination have historically been transformed to fit l’air du temps. In addition, this essay, in dialogue with Paul Ricoeur's thoughts, especially referring to the responsibility of the ethical-moral acting in situation, deals with the pedagogist's qualifications and differences while competently designing and coordinating. This entails his/her ability to work on behalf of the "well-being" of the organization he/she is involved with, and especially of the people he/she cooperates with and of the community. The heuristic perspective inspires this book and dialogues with Law no. 205/2017 and with the qualifications of lifelong learning at the European level. Furthermore, the essay reflects on professional and research scenarios that have been developing since the final approval of the Legislative Bill on "Provisions Regarding the Organization of Pedagogical and Educational Professions and the Creation of Their Specific Professional Registers" (Senate Act 788/2024 of April 9, 2024), for "pedagogical generations".
