In the educational context of many countries, the inclusion of physical education in the school curriculum is customary, although the educational significance underlying physical activity is commonly overlooked. To enrich the conception of pedagogy, understood as the acquisition of knowledge, the need to adopt alternative methodological approaches has been recognized. Instead of confining itself to the mere assessment of human behaviour, attributable to educational actors such as teachers and students, the inquiry should be oriented towards understanding the intrinsic meaning of the behaviour for those involved and how such meaning takes shape. Relevance is attributed to the way university students engaged in the field of human movement assimilate the research process, embracing facets such as the pedagogy of sports and physical exercise, historical research, and investigations in biophysical disciplines. This learning process plays a crucial role in catalysing interest in pursuing postgraduate study paths.

Abstract
This learning process plays a crucial role in catalysing interest in pursuing postgraduate study paths.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
